90 Day Fiance star Jay Smith hung around with two barbers in a barbershop on the TLC series. Today, one of the barbers from that show is wanted for murder — Michael Baltimore. The other barber is allegedly a murder victim.

Jay Smith befriended the owner of the barbershop, Kendell Jerome Cook. He died after the wanted man allegedly shot him. They were both in scenes on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After.

90 Day Fiance: Jay Smith’s Barbershop Buddy Wanted for Murder

Michael Baltimore, 43, is at large and wanted for murder today. Authorities just upped the reward for info on his whereabouts to $25,000.

He faces charges that he fatally shot Kendell Jerome Cook, the owner of GQ Barbershop in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Fans say both Baltimore and Cook seemed likable when featured on the 90 Day Fiance series.

During that season, Jay was having trouble at home with Ashley Martson. He spent a good deal of time with his newfound barbershop friends.

Michael is the guy who told Ashley on 90 Day Fiance that Jay Smith cheated on her. He was having intimate relations with a woman in the barbershop bathroom.

Jay’s First American Friends

Jay Smith had no friends when he landed in America. While he was a cast member of the 90 Day Fiance reality series, he knew no one other than Ashley. But he soon befriended the two barbers at the GQ Barbershop.

Both the owner, Cook, and the other barber, Baltimore, were hysterically funny, fans say. Jay often sought out their advice about his relationship with Ashley.

Fans say when these two barber buddies were on the screen for Happily Ever After, they seemed like good friends. So, the news about Michael Baltimore allegedly killing his buddy, Kendell Jerome Cook, might surprise fans.

90 Day Fiance: Michael Baltimore Dangerous

This isn’t the first time that the wanted man made headlines since appearing on 90 Day Fiance. Back in 2019, Jay Smith’s buddy was arrested for stealing a gun from one of the barbershop customers.

Recently, the Federal Marshals moved Baltimore to their most wanted list for this crime. The shooting of Cook happened at the barbershop.

Authorities report that he not only shot and killed Cook in this crime. But he also shot another person at the barbershop at the same time. Jay Smith might not have known the danger that came along with this guy after befriending him a few years back.

U.S. Marshals said there are warrants out for Baltimore on the two shootings. Plus, they also hold warrants on him for other crimes.

His criminal history includes the crimes of strangulation, and aggravated assault, as well as parole violations. Fans say this doesn’t seem like the same man from the 90 Day Fiance episodes. But according to reports today he’s the same guy.

This fatal shooting occurred in May of 2021. So, with Baltimore at large, the U.S. Marshals say that he comes with “an extensive criminal history.” Plus, they also say he’s “known to be violent.”

With that said, it looks like Jay made one dangerous friend while on 90 Day Fiance. The authorities also passed along a warning about the wanted man. The U.S. Marshalls say — “he should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.”
